Returns, Refunds and Exchanges: How To Return An Item?

Your item must be in its original package, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. We do not provide waybill.

1.Please email info@ecglasses.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2.If you are in USA, Mail your returned item to: 1423 Baythorn Drive, Wesley Chapel, Fl. 33543.Return Department  add Traking # provided.

3. If you are in Canada, Mail your returned item to: 735 Twain Ave Unit 18, Mississauga, On. L5W1X. EC Glasses Partners, Return Department add Tracking # provided.

4.Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

5. Allow 5 business days to process the refound once we receive the returned product.

Restocking Fee: All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the original order.
